Keep Your Skills In Progress (It's your future!)
At-home suggestions 

  • Read (books, magazines, comics) for at least 20+ minutes a day (make reading goals)
  • 10-15 minute quick write in Response Journal everyday (see possible prompts below, or write about a book you're reading)
  • Practice addition and subtraction flash cards to encourage automatic recall
  • Telling time on an analog clock.  Elapsed time.  Discuss a.m. and p.m. Midnight and Noon. Dawn and Dusk.
  • Go to worksheetworks.com to create and print your own cursive practice pages

5  Weekly Writing Prompts Response Journal - write for 10 minutes or more daily
